Sacred Spring

Sacred Spring is not just another association, or martial arts body but in their own words is a martial arts school with a mission: to make available effective mental and physical combat skills.

In our experience, Sacred Spring, founded and run by martial arts coaches Jo Biggs 7th Dan, Dr Victoria Lucas 6th Dan and and Dr Adam Vile 6th Dan   (all with many years experience in martial arts), is a body of like minded martial artists who have come together with a straight foward, no nonsense approach to share knowledge, teaching, ideas and visions with the primary emphasis placed on helping both those within and those outside of Sacred Spring with a view to promoting quality, friendship and well being within the arts.

Sensei Paul King is proud to be a full member of the Sacred Spring School and King's School of Martial Arts is equally honoured to be affiliated with Sacred Spring.
