Lesley King our full time Senior Tai Chi instructor has been involved in martial arts in several styles for over 30 years.
Lesley teaches Yang Style Long form for health at our full time martial arts centre in Peterborough.
Lesley has mainstream classes for all levels of ability and also has partially seated classes for the less able and supported adult learners who can learn alongside their support / care workers
Classes with Lesley are enjoyable and specifically targeted and adapted to the ability level of the group.
Lesley also works closely with community groups such as the U3A and the Parkinson’s Society to provide classes for their members.
The Tai Chi at KSOMA is taught for health and benefits health in many ways including, balance, co-ordination and memory
